Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, acting as the primary liaison between business users and the system.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SCM, Finance, and Maintenance modules.
• Configure and onboard users to the Oracle Fusion Redwood interface, ensuring optimal adoption.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools using Smart View, OTBI, and BI Publisher to support decision-making.
• Execute unit testing, UAT, and create detailed testing scripts and documentation for all changes.
• Troubleshoot system issues, providing break/fix solutions and updating ERP configuration guides.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Plant Maintenance modules.
• Proficiency in Smart View, OTBI, and BI Publisher for reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, configurations, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to collaborate effectively with technical development teams.
• Experience operating within SOX-compliant environments and adhering to audit/change control procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting operations in manufacturing or plant environments.
• Familiarity with VBSC, Prometheus, Kyriba, or Pathlock.
