Description

You will own Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, specifically focusing on Payroll and Benefits for US operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Payroll (US), including 401(k), retro payroll, adjustments, and costing setup.
• Design and implement Core HR, Leave of Absence (LOA), and Absence Management modules.
• Manage US Benefits configuration, including plans, programs, life events, rates, and complex eligibility scenarios.
• Optimize and redesign payroll processes while ensuring compliance with controls and audit requirements.
• Integrate third-party benefits and 401(k) providers with payroll systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll and Benefit implementations (Fusion HCM).
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Payroll (US) and Benefits configuration.
• Proven track record in payroll process review, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements.
• Experience handling multi-vendor benefits landscapes and complex deduction scenarios.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions independently.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards.
