Description

You will lead functional implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR, OTL, and Absence modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional discussions with business users regarding OTL and Absence processes.
• Implement projects adhering to Agile methodologies within a global delivery setting.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Apply Lean/Agile development practices to ensure efficient delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience operating within a Global delivery environment.
