Description

You will own the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Core HR, ORC, Talent, and compensation management within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for Oracle Cloud HR modules, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Develop and analyze Fast Formulas for compensation scenarios.
• Design solutions, conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs), and troubleshoot production issues.
• Analyze new compensation features and execute regression testing during system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the software development life cycle.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Functional resource.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, and ORC.
• Experience implementing and configuring Core HR and Talent modules.
• Experience working with Total Compensation and Change Statements.
• Proficiency in Fast Formulas and compensation analysis.
• Ability to perform solution design and troubleshooting.
