Description

Support hybrid infrastructure environments including VMWare, Nutanix, Azure VMware Solutions (AVS), and NetApp. Lead technical engagements for Fortune 500 customers and manage Tier 3 escalations. Train and mentor frontline engineers in triaging, scoping, and troubleshooting tickets. Develop AVS training syllabi covering HCX, NSX, and Day 0 provisioning. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on automation and engineering improvements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 "How do I" tickets and ensure thorough troubleshooting before external escalation.
• Manage direct customer interactions and guide technical engagements for key accounts.
• Train and mentor CSS frontline support engineers on triage and scoping methodologies.
• Develop and deliver training syllabi for AVS, HCX, and NSX components.
• Collaborate with AVS Engineering to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with VMWare, including version 6.x or higher certification.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare implementation and direct customer support.
• Proficiency with Oracle GoldenGate, Snowflake, and Snowflake Cloud.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation and Data Engineering.
• Knowledge of Azure NetApp Files storage.
• 1+ years of experience with Nutanix.
• Strong attention to detail and skill development capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
