Description

Manage Oracle GoldenGate, Snowflake, and cloud infrastructure across hybrid environments. Lead technical engagements, troubleshoot escalations, and mentor support engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 support tickets and manage direct customer interactions for key accounts.
• Lead technical engagements and handle Tier 3 escalations for hybrid infrastructure.
• Train and mentor frontline engineers in triaging, scoping, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Develop and deliver training syllabi for AVS, HCX, and NSX components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle GoldenGate and Snowflake Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation and Data Engineering.
• Proficiency with VMWare (6.x+), including implementation and customer support.
• Experience with Azure NetApp Files storage and Azure VMware Solutions.
• 1+ years of experience with Nutanix.
• Strong attention to detail and skill development capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• VMWare version 6.x or higher certification.
• Experience managing Tier 3 escalations for Fortune 500 customers.
