Description

You will provide technical application support for the Oracle HCM suite, focusing on HR Core, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting modules.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) by modifying candidate selection and job application fields.
  • Develop, update, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas.
  • Create and maintain Oracle Extracts to support data reporting needs.
  • Build, modify, and support Oracle Journeys configurations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM application support.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas.
  • Experience creating and managing Oracle Extracts.
  • Direct experience configuring and supporting Oracle Journeys.
  • Technical knowledge of HR Core, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
  • Ability to manage Talent modules including Goals, Performance Review, and Talent Review.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
