Description

Lead technical and functional management of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform, driving system migrations from acquired companies into a centralized environment.

Design and oversee HCM integration and migration strategies for M&A onboarding projects. Configure applications, conduct iterative unit testing, and resolve system issues to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and M&A teams to define end-to-end migration plans and gather requirements. Align Oracle HCM capabilities with enterprise platforms including Snowflake, Informatica, ERP, Dayshape, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform. Provide architecture oversight, data mapping, and process alignment to ensure adherence to enterprise data standards.

Responsibilities

• Align Oracle HCM capabilities with enterprise platforms including Snowflake, Informatica, and ERP.
• Provide architecture oversight, data mapping, and process alignment to ensure adherence to enterprise data standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT or HRIS, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM.
• Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation.
• Hands-on experience with M&A integration projects and HR system migrations.
• Technical proficiency with Oracle SOAP and REST APIs for HCM Data Loader automation.
• Deep understanding of HCM Data Loader file formats, business objects, and error remediation.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Enterprise Application Integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in HCM Data Loader Fast Formula.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC and Snowflake.
