Description

Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for core HR, payroll, and workforce management modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, OLM, OTL, and Absences.
• Develop custom reports, workflows, and self-service pages using BI Publisher, SQR, and XML Publisher.
• Manage data migration and integration using HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, and Oracle Integrations APIs.
• Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing, and assist with system upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with vendor teams and business users to resolve escalated technical issues and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Applications, specifically HCM.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud BI, OTBI, and OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager).
• Familiarity with XML technologies and data migration tools (HDL, Spreadsheet Loader).
• Knowledge of Oracle Alerts, User Management, and AME.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow and self-service page personalization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Track certification.
• Experience with UPK, SQL Navigator, and ADI Data Loader.
