Description

You will lead Oracle HCM Application Management Support (AMS) workstreams and drive technical solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute project tasks independently and lead specific workstreams.
• Direct the efforts of team members and provide coaching to junior staff.
• Develop and review deliverable content to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to complex issues.
• Contribute to the development of new business proposals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience with Oracle HCM solutions.
• Direct experience with Application Management Support (AMS) for Oracle HCM.
• Proven ability to manage and lead project workstreams.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to travel between 25-50% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
