Description

You will design, configure, and support Oracle HCM systems while providing technical direction to application specialists.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test multiple simultaneous projects, including conversion and operational support planning.
• Develop work plans, estimate tasks, and manage project budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage integration points to ensure design consistency and strategic compliance.
• Handle on-call support and overtime as required by project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and support.
• Proficiency in generating reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience creating Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.
• Expertise using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Strong coding skills for development-heavy architectural tasks.
• Experience coordinating with Oracle for SRs, production releases, upgrades, and patches.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft payroll.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Formal training in databases (Oracle, Sybase), Unix AIX, or programming languages like C++.
