Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Oracle HCM technical solutions that meet functional requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain technical architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with functional teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend long-term, sustainable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality, availability, and security standards across all solutions.

Required Skills

• Oracle HCM Architect experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Experience in implementation, testing, and support phases.
• Knowledge of scalability, performance, and security standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex troubleshooting in Oracle HCM environments.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
