Description

Lead technology, business process, and operational design for Talent succession within Oracle HCM Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design technology and business processes specifically for Talent succession modules.
• Partner with clients to review current Talent setups and develop rollout plans.
• Provide architectural recommendations and options based on industry-leading practices.
• Facilitate communication and integration across multiple project teams.
• Drive risks, issues, and decisions to closure while providing status updates to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Deep functional knowledge of Talent succession workflows.
• Proven ability to lead design reviews and implementation strategies.
• Experience working directly with Project Managers to track delivery.
• Strong ability to manage cross-team alignment and technical integration.
• Any Graduate degree.
