Description

You will lead the architecture and implementation of Oracle HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration within existing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Time and Labor.
• Apply Oracle Workforce Scheduling knowledge to translate functional requirements.
• Configure and manage Oracle HCM components within current infrastructure.
• Define architectural standards for Oracle HCM deployments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Time and Labor implementations.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Workforce Scheduling.
• Deep expertise in the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong command of Windows and Red Hat operating systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
