Description

You will design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, focusing on Core HR, Workforce Structures, and security models.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for Core HR, Workforce Structures, Journey Checklists, and Approval Workflows.
• Design Redwood UX adoption strategies for modern employee experiences and UI transformation.
• Develop integration designs using REST/SOAP APIs and Workforce APIs for downstream systems.
• Align data flow architecture and reporting ecosystems with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Snowflake.
• Implement security models including Roles, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security, and Redwood alignment.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture.
• Deep expertise in Core HR, Global HR, and Workforce Structures.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Redwood UX and design standards.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP API integration patterns.
• Experience with Snowflake integration and data flow architecture.
• Ability to balance configuration vs. customization aligned with Oracle best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
• Familiarity with downstream system integration contexts.
