Description

You will design and implement automation solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and HCM Extracts.
• Configure and automate workflows within Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning modules.
• Build automated data validation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
• Create RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Support quarterly release testing, automation, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Proficiency in automation tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Experience with integration technologies: REST APIs, SOAP services, and OIC.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data management.
• Ability to leverage AI and Generative AI for HR service delivery and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML-driven HR solutions and Oracle Digital Assistant.
• Knowledge of integrating Oracle HCM with Workday or Salesforce.
• Oracle Cloud certifications.
