Description

Configure Oracle Benefits Administration and support HCM cloud transformations through client consultation and defect resolution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client discussions to gather and document benefit requirements.
• Propose and implement Oracle benefits solutions aligned with client needs.
• Configure Oracle Benefits Administration and write functional design specifications for reports and fast formulas.
• Triage and resolve defects identified during benefits testing phases.
• Support benefit test preparation activities within the project scope.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional experience with Oracle Benefits Administration.
• Proven experience designing benefits solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Benefits Administration.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud components: Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Time & Labor, Learning, and Talent.
• Experience with PeopleSoft as a legacy system.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for client-facing engagements.

Preferred Skills

• ACA design and implementation experience within Oracle.
