Description
You will build and maintain data visualization models and reports within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem.
This role is remote.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).
- Build real-time reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Manage data visualization and model development tasks.
- Support the broader Oracle HCM suite to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM environments.
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Proficiency with Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).
- Experience with Oracle HCM suite functionality.
- Strong background in Data Visualization and Model Development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
