Translate HR business requirements into functional Oracle HCM solutions, managing configuration, data migration, and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR processes into functional system requirements for Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Lead configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
• Perform gap analysis on business requirements and propose system enhancements.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolutions.
• Manage data migration activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud applications and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM modules: Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Data Migration.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Experience integrating Oracle HCM with other HR and enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications or related HR system certifications.
