Description

Bridge the gap between HR processes and technical Oracle HCM configurations. Translate business requirements into functional system specifications for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions including Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, and Benefits.
  • Perform gap analysis on business requirements to propose system enhancements and functional specifications.
  • Manage data migration activities, ensuring data integrity during system transitions and go-lives.
  • Execute user acceptance testing (UAT), document defects, and track resolutions to closure.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Oracle HCM data to support business decisions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Deep proficiency in Oracle HCM modules: Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, and Benefits.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Proven experience managing system integrations and complex data migration tasks.
  • Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications or related HR system certifications preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience conducting end-user training and developing comprehensive training documentation.
