Description

Design and implement architecture for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on Core HR, security, and integration patterns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect Core HR, Workforce Structures, Journey, and Approval Workflow configurations aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Design and enforce security models, including Roles, Areas of Responsibility (AOR), and Data Security policies.
• Define integration strategies using REST and SOAP APIs, Workforce API, and downstream system connections.
• Lead Redwood UX adoption for modern employee experience and UI transformation.
• Align data flow architecture with reporting ecosystems, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Snowflake integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Data Security, Roles, and AOR configuration.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP API integration design.
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
• Understanding of Snowflake integration contexts.
• Ability to balance configuration vs. customization strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
