Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize module performance.
• Develop and manage integrations with payroll and third-party systems.
• Create technical documentation and train users on module functionalities.
• Ensure all configurations meet benefits and compensation regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Proven proficiency in configuration and support.
• Experience managing system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and user training materials.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
