Description

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, release management, and implementation for large-scale environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Core HR plus at least two additional HCM modules.
• Manage release pipelines, including impact analysis for releases and change requests.
• Design and deliver HCM integrations, security models, and reporting solutions.
• Lead implementations or major enhancements across multiple HCM modules.
• Execute change control, documentation, and testing best practices (SIT/UAT).

Required Skills

• 6–10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud configuration.
• Deep expertise in HDL/HSDL data loading.
• Hands-on experience with approvals, workflows, and reporting (OTBI and/or BI Publisher).
• Strong HR process knowledge to translate requirements into scalable, governed solutions.
• Experience delivering in large/regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
