Description

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud configuration strategy and release management for Core HR, Talent, and Compensation modules.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly Oracle release cycles, including impact assessment, feature adoption, testing coordination, and deployment readiness.
• Configure and maintain enterprise structures, security, approval workflows, and Fast Formulas while ensuring auditability and compliance.
• Design, support, and monitor integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and SFTP to ensure stability and SLA adherence.
• Deliver analytics and reporting via OTBI and BI Publisher, improving data quality through strict controls and validation.
• Lead testing strategy (unit, SIT, UAT) and drive automation, while managing vendor support and production issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 6–10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and release management.
• Deep expertise in Core HR plus at least two additional modules (e.g., Talent, Compensation).
• Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, bulk loads, and enterprise structure configuration.
• Strong proficiency in OTBI and/or BI Publisher for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience delivering HCM integrations, security, and reporting in large or regulated environments.
• Proven track record leading implementations or major enhancements across multiple HCM modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills for impact analysis and change request management.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification (e.g., Implementation Specialist).
• Fast Formulas development for complex business rules.
• Agile delivery leadership including backlog and release planning.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
