Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business requirements.
• Support end-to-end HCM solution delivery including design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Perform data migration and validation activities, including analysis using SQL.
• Integrate HCM processes with Oracle applications and external systems as required.
• Troubleshoot issues across HCM Cloud and related Oracle components, ensuring stable operations.

Skills Required:

• 10-18 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM consulting experience
• Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of HCM concepts and Oracle Applications in enterprise HR environments.
• Cloud Computing experience with Oracle HCM Cloud delivery and support.
• SQL proficiency for data validation, reporting support, and issue investigation; experience with Oracle EBS.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
