Description

You will implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud and Fusion HCM modules to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HCM solution delivery, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Perform data migration and validation activities, analyzing data using SQL.
• Integrate HCM processes with Oracle applications and external systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across HCM Cloud and related Oracle components to ensure stable operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM consulting experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of HCM concepts and Oracle Applications in enterprise HR environments.
• Cloud Computing experience with Oracle HCM Cloud delivery and support.
• SQL proficiency for data validation, reporting support, and issue investigation.
• Experience with Oracle EBS.
