Description

You will lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from planning through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud, covering planning, design, build, testing, and go-live.
• Design processes and prepare the solution Blueprint for project implementation.
• Gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis and as-is/to-be process designs.
• Lead testing efforts, including test case preparation and executing solution testing with users.
• Manage project financials, monitor risks/issues, and coordinate design across functional leads.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of HCM implementation consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Minimum 3 years in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle HCM Cloud core modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence management).
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Expertise on North American HCM functional business processes and US regulatory requirements.
• Strong functional knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud application.
• Experience leading project teams and managing project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/SI organization.
• Oracle Cloud Certification.
