Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Manager to spearhead the Oracle HCM implementation.

This role involves leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the Oracle Cloud HCM application to enhance business processes, documenting business requirements, and managing configuration and testing of the Oracle HCM Cloud application.

We are looking for an experienced consulting professional with strong HCM business process knowledge, a broad understanding of solutions, transportation industry exposure, standard methodologies, and technology designs. The role requires operating independently to deliver high-quality work products while performing varied and complex duties that demand sound independent judgment to implement Oracle HCM solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in multiple full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), from planning through design, build, testing, and go-live.
• Strong functional knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud application.
• Lead project teams, including managing workstream leads to meet project deadlines and deliverables beyond client expectations.
• Manage project financials, monitor risks and issues, and take appropriate action to ensure successful project completion.
• Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Assist with system strategy, business requirements gathering and documentation, fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be process design, prototype demonstrations, functional configuration, testing, and end-user training related to Oracle HCM implementations.
• Plan and organize tasks while reporting progress on deliverables.
• Lead business teams through the project life cycle with a focus on best practice process adoption.
• Design business processes and prepare solution blueprints for project implementation.
• Conduct product familiarity sessions and trainings to articulate Oracle HCM product and module capabilities.
• Lead business requirements workshops, facilitate discussions, and drive decision-making.
• Support workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, application configuration, comprehensive testing, business process best practice guidance, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support.
• Provide expertise to gather detailed requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Guide testing cycles and perform cutover activities required for go-live readiness.
• Demonstrate solution approaches through proof of concept or conference room pilots and obtain business approval prior to solution design and development.
• Coordinate design and configuration activities with functional leads across the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation scope.
• Work with business teams to support legacy data conversion.
• Lead testing efforts, including test case preparation and execution with business users.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role covering Oracle HCM Cloud core modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management.
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Minimum of 10 years of HCM implementation consulting experience.
• Expertise in North American HCM functional business processes and US regulatory requirements.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting or system integrator organization.
• Oracle Cloud Certification preferred.
• Ability to anticipate client and project needs, develop alternative solutions, and provide delivery support to teams and stakeholders
