Description

You will lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, owning the full lifecycle from design through hypercare. You act as the single point of contact between vendor and customer teams, driving governance, scope management, and delivery execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring successful delivery across design, build, test, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Own defined scope within vendor/customer delivery models, enforcing SOW-based governance and managing change requests (CR process).
• Drive governance forums including SteerCo, status reviews, and change boards to align customer and vendor stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Customer PM on integrated planning, weekly reporting, milestone tracking, and risk/issue/dependency management.
• Coordinate testing, go-live readiness, and hypercare support while maintaining strong stakeholder management for deliverables.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, including enterprise HR transformation programs.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Deep understanding of full-cycle Oracle HCM implementation methodologies.
• Strong expertise in SOW-based delivery, scope governance, and change management.
• Experience working in vendor/customer delivery models with clear scope ownership.
• Strong ability to act as a single point of contact between vendor and customer teams.
• Proficiency in risk, issue, and dependency management within complex projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with integrated planning and delivery governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for customer deliverables.
