Description

You will act as a functional consultant focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain requirements matrices and perform gap analysis to align business processes with IT.
• Document and configure modules, including setting up test data and resolving discrepancies between expected and actual results.
• Develop system test conditions and scripts in collaboration with business function owners.
• Analyze and diagnose module-specific problems to recommend and design required enhancements.
• Review test packages with test leads and assess the impact of modifications on the broader system.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
• 1-2 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
• 3-5 years of experience in Requirements Analysis.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Process IT Alignment.
• 1-2 years of experience creating Functional Designs.
• Bachelor's Degree.
