Description

You will design, develop, and support technical components within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy HCM Extracts, BIP/XML Publisher Reports, HDL, and Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Support data conversions, integrations, and reporting during HCM Cloud implementations and support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to extracts, reports, and data loads.
• Document technical designs and configurations per quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5 years of overall IT experience with 2+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts (Design, Mapping, Delivery).
• Proficiency with BI Publisher Reports (BIP).
• Expertise in HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Familiarity with Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Eligibility).
• Strong understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud data model.
• Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and XML.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
