You will build metrics and interactive dashboards to drive HR business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical dashboard solutions and visualizations.
Analyze business questions to extract actionable insights and optimize data for dashboard performance and scalability.
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive HR information.
Document dashboard requirements, technical details, workflows, and best practices.
Required Skills
Proven experience with SQL, Oracle HCM Cloud, FDI, OACl, and ADW.
Expertise in data integration and augmentation techniques.
Strong knowledge of data security protocols and Oracle best practices.
Ability to deliver analytics that answer specific HR business questions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Machine Learning (OML), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), or Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).
Knowledge of machine learning principles, predictive analytics, and OML data pipeline/model lifecycle management.
