Description

You will own the development, integration, and reporting for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, focusing on Benefits, Absence, and Payroll modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations, extensions, and reports for Benefits and Absence modules, leveraging deep knowledge of underlying table structures.
• Design and implement HIPAA-compliant integrations.
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Build and maintain HCM Cloud tools including HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP/OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, REST APIs, Workflows, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Strong background in Benefits, Absence, Payroll, OTL, or Recruit modules.
• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for complex data manipulation.
• Proficiency with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports.
• Experience with Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Knowledge of OIC Integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building HCM Cloud integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong background in Payroll, OTL, and Recruit modules.
