Description

You will serve as a Principal Consultant within an AMS program, managing core HCM functional activities and the full software development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance, patching, upgrades, and periodic closing or reporting activities.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Develop technical recommendations and discuss complex issues with client stakeholders.
• Implement customizations based on business requirements using Oracle Cloud out-of-the-box offerings.
• Execute process improvements across HCM modules.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud, Talent Management Cloud, Compensation Management, and Recruiting Cloud.
• At least 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Global HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Recruiting Cloud processes.
• Proficiency with SDLC principles and software/systems analysis.
• Experience integrating Fusion applications using Web Services, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud platform.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, or equivalent progressive experience.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with US Utility companies and their specific business flows/regulations.
• Oracle Implementation certification in Global HR, Talent Management, Compensation, or Recruiting Cloud.
• Exposure to other ERP systems.
