Description

You will design, develop, and deploy software and systems to support the Oracle Modernization Project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, code, and configure integrations and scripts within the SaaS environment.
• Develop inbound and outbound file and API-based integrations for Oracle HCM.
• Lead the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
• Debug software components, identify code defects for remediation, and manage the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications (SaaS or in-house).
• Hands-on experience managing the Oracle Fusion platform Global HR.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Configuration and Oracle HCM Integrations.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion modules including ORC, Talent, and Learning.
• Experience with customization including DFF, EFF, reports, concurrent programs, and value sets.
• Proven ability to consume Oracle delivered APIs and integrate them with enterprise applications.
• Practical experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) using Rally, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience performing HCM Quarterly Patch impact analysis and validation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and automating code deployment.
• Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System and Oracle Journeys.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone On Demand (Navigator) SaaS or HCM ADP connector.
