Description

Act as a functional analyst configuring and maintaining Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM and ORC modules, including onboarding journeys and requisition/offer approval workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with technical teams to deliver reporting and system interfaces.
• Build, test, validate, and document complex business processes and system changes.
• Analyze data structures and table relationships to troubleshoot queries, reports, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM.
• 1-3 years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Proven experience implementing, configuring, or fixing large-scale organizational HR systems.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Core and ORC module cross-functional impacts.
• Experience with onboarding journeys and ORC workflows such as requisition and offer approvals.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of SQL experience.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Human Resources Recruitment experience.
