Description

Lead functional implementations and support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, specifically US-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple full life cycle implementations, managing functional flows for HRMMS cycles and application integrations.
• Configure and maintain Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.
• Handle workflow management and provide production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams using SQL and BI Publisher to resolve functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Deep functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
• Proven track record with full life cycle implementations and application integrations.
• Experience in workflow management and production support environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience using BI Publisher to assist technical delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
