Description

Lead functional implementations and support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, specifically for US-based projects.

You will own the full lifecycle of implementations, managing functional flows for HRMMS cycles and application integrations. You will configure and maintain Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules. You handle workflow management and provide production support. You collaborate with technical teams using SQL and BI Publisher to resolve functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple full life cycle implementations for US-based projects.
• Configure and maintain Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.
• Manage workflow configurations and provide production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Deep functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
• Proven track record with full life cycle implementations and application integrations.
• Experience in workflow management and production support environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience using BI Publisher to assist technical delivery.
