Description

Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Oracle HCM Cloud Learning module to support enterprise learning strategies and Redwood UI components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize the Oracle HCM Learning module, managing learning content, course structures, learning paths, user access, and Alerts Composer notifications.
• Translate requirements from HR, IT, and business stakeholders into functional solutions and design process flows.
• Design and deliver OTBI analysis reports to support HR operations and compliance.
• Execute regression testing plans, participate in system upgrades, and troubleshoot issues with Oracle support.
• Create user guides and training documentation for the learning management system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically focusing on the Learning module.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in creating OTBI analysis reports and defining criteria.
• Experience managing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Oracle HCM Cloud technical proficiency.
• Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI e-learning content standards.
• Ability to develop process flows and user guides.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) in Learning or related modules.
• Experience with integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party learning platforms.
