Description

You will manage the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM core modules across multi-region and multi-country environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure core HR settings, including geography loads and structures.
• Perform impact analysis and validation for HCM quarterly patches.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and fit-gap analyses.
• Customize system components including DFF, EFF, value sets, and concurrent programs.
• Design and implement workflows using HCM Experience Design Studio, Page Composer, and Application Composer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Hands-on experience with DFF and EFF customization.
• Proficiency in defining form functions and functional setups.
• Experience with report customization and defining concurrent programs.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-region and multi-country deployments.
