Description

You will lead functional implementations and configurations for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement functional solutions for Core HR, Absence, and Benefits modules.
  • Manage end-to-end requirement gathering and solution design processes.
  • Execute HCM Cloud setups and maintain system security protocols.
  • Configure and support North American and Canadian Payroll functionality.

Required Skills

  • 9+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional roles.
  • Deep functional knowledge of North American (NA) Payroll.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Canada Payroll.
  • Expertise in Absence Management, Core HR, and Benefits modules.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Cloud setups and security maintenance.
  • Proficiency in integration and report development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
