You will lead functional implementations and configurations for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement functional solutions for Core HR, Absence, and Benefits modules.
- Manage end-to-end requirement gathering and solution design processes.
- Execute HCM Cloud setups and maintain system security protocols.
- Configure and support North American and Canadian Payroll functionality.
Required Skills
- 9+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional roles.
- Deep functional knowledge of North American (NA) Payroll.
- Deep functional knowledge of Canada Payroll.
- Expertise in Absence Management, Core HR, and Benefits modules.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Cloud setups and security maintenance.
- Proficiency in integration and report development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
