Description

You provide technical consulting and implementation expertise for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion, owning the design, development, and validation of reports, integrations, and extensions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technical options, risks, and system impacts throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
• Develop and execute reports, interfaces, and integrations based on client specifications.
• Execute security and validation strategies, including test scripts and validation scenarios.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver data conversion programs and application extensions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
• Deep domain knowledge across Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning.
• Hands-on experience with HDL Data Loader and Spreadsheet Data Loader.
• Technical proficiency with HCM Extract, APIs, and FTP/SFTP setups for third-party integrations.
• Extensive experience with BIP, OTBI, and creating dashboards.
• Advanced skills in Fast Formula customization for Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, and Performance.
• Experience with Cloud-to-Cloud migration and the SaaS cloud model.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale integration scopes via secure file transfers.
