You will drive full life cycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams, managing workstream leads to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis and defining as-is/to-be processes.
- Design solution blueprints and configure the application based on translated business needs.
- Lead testing efforts, preparing test cases, and guiding cutover activities for go-live.
- Provide functional expertise, conducting product familiarity sessions and training HR staff on the system.
Required Skills
- 7+ years experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud application.
- 7+ years experience in Solution Design/Development roles.
- 7+ years functional experience across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence management.
- 7+ years experience with functional business processes and US regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading multiple full life cycle implementations.
- Proficiency with Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI and fast formulas.
- Expertise in leading requirements meetings, workshop facilitation, and driving decisions.
