Description

You will drive Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from planning through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business team through the project life cycle, ensuring best practice process adoption.
• Gather detailed requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes.
• Configure the application, manage testing cycles, and guide cutover activities for deployment.
• Articulate product features to business teams by leading product familiarity sessions and training.
• Manage project deliverables, coordinating functional leads across the Oracle Cloud HCM scope.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in HCM implementation consulting.
• Minimum 3 years in a functional advisory role on Oracle HCM Cloud core modules.
• Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence management.
• 7+ years experience in Solution Design/Development.
• 7+ years experience with functional business processes and US regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency with Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI and fast formulas.
• Bachelor's degree.
