Description

You will lead Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations for Government and Public Services clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle implementations specifically for the Oracle Compensation module.
• Define system strategy and document business requirements through fit-gap analysis.
• Design as-is and to-be business processes and demonstrate functional prototypes.
• Execute functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions.
• Proven experience leading at least one full life-cycle implementation of the Oracle HCM Compensation module.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Compensation Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.
• Big 4 consulting experience.
