You will lead the implementation and strategy for the Oracle Learning module within HCM environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead system strategy, business requirement documentation, and fit-gap analysis.
- Design as-is and to-be business processes and demonstrate prototypes.
- Execute functional configuration, testing, and client user training for Oracle Learning.
- Develop and maintain business and vendor relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Anticipate project needs and develop alternative solutions to support delivery teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions.
- Experience leading at least one full life-cycle implementation of the Oracle HCM Learning module.
- Proficiency with Oracle, Oracle Cloud, and Oracle HCM.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
- Big 4 consulting experience.
- Oracle Learning Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.
