Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead - Learning Module

You will lead the implementation and strategy for the Oracle Learning module within HCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead system strategy, business requirement documentation, and fit-gap analysis.
• Design as-is and to-be business processes and demonstrate prototypes.
• Execute functional configuration, testing, and client user training for Oracle Learning.
• Develop and maintain business and vendor relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Anticipate project needs and develop alternative solutions to support delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions.
• Experience leading at least one full life-cycle implementation of the Oracle HCM Learning module.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Oracle Cloud, and Oracle HCM.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Big 4 consulting experience.
• Oracle Learning Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.
