Description

You will lead the functional implementation and strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-gap analysis, business process design, and functional configuration for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Document business requirements and manage as-is and to-be process workflows.
• Oversee prototype demonstrations, testing phases, and client user training.
• Manage project solutions and delegate resources to ensure quality assurance across deliverables.
• Anticipate project needs and develop alternative solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions.
• At least one full life-cycle implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module.
• Proficiency with Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Big 4 consulting experience.
• Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist.
