Description
You will lead the functional implementation and strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.
Responsibilities
- Lead fit-gap analysis, business process design, and functional configuration for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Document business requirements and manage as-is and to-be process workflows.
- Oversee prototype demonstrations, testing phases, and client user training.
- Manage project solutions and delegate resources to ensure quality assurance across deliverables.
- Anticipate project needs and develop alternative solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions.
- At least one full life-cycle implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module.
- Proficiency with Oracle Payroll Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
- Big 4 consulting experience.
- Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist.
