You will lead the implementation and functional configuration of Oracle Time & Labor modules for HCM clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead system strategy, business requirement documentation, and fit-gap analysis.
- Design as-is and to-be business processes and demonstrate functional prototypes.
- Execute functional configuration, system testing, and client user training.
- Manage relationships with technical and non-technical business stakeholders and vendors.
- Develop alternative solutions to anticipate project needs and support delivery teams.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions.
- Proven experience leading at least one full life-cycle implementation of the Oracle HCM Time & Labor module.
- Direct experience with Oracle, Oracle HCM, and Oracle Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
- Big 4 consulting experience.
- Oracle Time & Labor Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.
