Description

You will lead the implementation and functional configuration of Oracle Time & Labor modules for HCM clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system strategy, business requirement documentation, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Design as-is and to-be business processes and demonstrate functional prototypes.
  • Execute functional configuration, system testing, and client user training.
  • Manage relationships with technical and non-technical business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Develop alternative solutions to anticipate project needs and support delivery teams.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions.
  • Proven experience leading at least one full life-cycle implementation of the Oracle HCM Time & Labor module.
  • Direct experience with Oracle, Oracle HCM, and Oracle Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

  • Big 4 consulting experience.
  • Oracle Time & Labor Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.
