Description

You will design and implement integrations for Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP applications, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop HCM Extracts and use Oracle Fusion HDL to create and manipulate Fusion HCM data.
• Build complex BI Publisher data models and reports to support business needs.
• Configure HCM BPM workflows and manage data via HCM REST API and ATOM Feed services.
• Translate business requirements into Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and relational database objects.
• Manage code through versioning, branching, and defect tracking processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle ERP applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle core Fusion HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion HDL and HCM Extracts.
• Experience developing complex BI Publisher data models and reports.
• Expertise in PL/SQL programming and relational database concepts.
• Experience with Web Services including REST API, JAVA, and Web Services SOA.
• Strong understanding of Standard Oracle Fusion HR Data Structures.
• Experience with global implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Background in source code control, versioning, and change management tools.
