Description

Lead the functional configuration and implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management module.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall system configuration for the Learning Management module.
• Lead project team analysis sessions and verify the quality of all functional deliverables.
• Oversee the integration of business processes from a project-wide perspective.
• Coordinate testing activities and evaluate the functional accuracy of system customizations.
• Manage delivery schedules, monitor project progress, and adjust resources as needed.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Learning.
• 10+ years of experience in Requirements Analysis.
• 3-5 years of experience in Functional Designs.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Process IT Alignment.
• 3-5 years of experience in Delivery Schedule Management.
• Bachelor's Degree.
